I would highly recommend that you set up a separate email account for couponing.  You don't want your personal email account filled with newsletters, etc.  You can sign up for a Hotmail, Yahoo, or GMail account free.  Also, don't sign up on coupon websites that require you to fill out a lot of personal information or take survey after survey.  There are three major coupon websites that require very little to print.
